CAREGIVER
 

We are looking for caring, committed Caregivers to join our team of home care professionals. The main function of a Caregiver is to help clients stay as independent as possible in the comfort of their homes. Caregivers assist with the activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, personal hygiene, continence care, ambulation, and feeding. They also assist with meal preparation, medication reminders, keeping the home safe and clean, errands and transportation (called instrumental activities of daily living or IADLs) as well as the overall supervision of the clients’ physical and mental wellbeing. SOCIAL WORKER

Seeking a social worker to professionally develop treatment plans and assess patient situations and progress. Position requires team member to have strong communication and leadership skills in order to successfully report client.


Patient Relations

Work with patients to evaluate all aspects of their needs and guide them in the access of all services and resources available to them to improve their overall quality of life.

Treatment Planning

Develop treatment plans and appropriate milestones to set for patients while providing consistent updates/motivation to patients. Maintain documentation and create referrals based on client achievements.

Case Working

Use compassionate and caring demeanor to build a rapport with clients. Must have leadership qualities that will allow for accurate client reports, leading to appropriate reports and recommendations.



BILLING AND COLLECTION

We are looking for a diligent and attentive team member who can use computer and insurance claim filing experience to responsibly ensure claims are accurately submitted followed up on.


Technology Experience

Be familiar with medical terminology, HHA Exchange and Promise systems, word processing, and spreadsheet applications to be used in the development of customer claims.

Relations and Responsibility

Manage relationships with various insurance payers, be able to work well with fellow employees, clients, and patients. Perform to company standards in terms of accuracy, policies, and procedures.

Claim Management

Verify completeness and accuracy of all claims. File claims with insurance companies that ensure maximum entitled reimbursement.



DATA ENTRY CLERK

Maintain database by updating and adding new customer. Prepare new and incoming data for accurate entry. Scan consumer documentation for inaccuracies.


Acquisition and Input

Enter variety of data using current systems and prepare documents for incoming entries. Typing and organizational skills are a must.

Data Analysis

Review data for any errors or discrepancies and maintain organization and detail in preparation for incoming deadlines.

Customer Service

Person to person communication skills. Effectively communicates information accurately and courteously.




Daily Living Assistance

Assist patients with daily living situations which include, but are not limited to bathroom functions, bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating.

Health Assurance

Escort clients to medical appointments and any other necessary appointment. Assure that they are taking all of their medications and performing other duties in a timely fashion.

Other Daily Activities

Additional assistance includes light housekeeping, cooking, and performing laundry duties for the client.
